Enhanced navigation and usability. Folders are sorted in hierarchical order. Each folder may contain as many entries and subfolders as necessary. Notes can be displayed in Grid or List format. Grid format displays all attributes in different columns, e.g. Subject, Content, Author etc�You can sort the list by any column clicking its title. Columns appearance is customizable. List format is similar to what is used by web search engines to display search results. Sorting is available in the List format also.

Improved folders/contacts handling. You can copy or move the whole folder with all included subfolders and entries to new location. You can also copy/move multiple notes in a batch mode to any accessible folder.

Search function to search by any key phrase containing in the note’s subject or content. Search Results list is fully operational - copy, move, delete, modify entries directly from the Search Results list.

Folders User Rights �is an administrative tool to handle folders and user permissions. It conveniently shows overall user permission assignments to all folders. Here you can easily add new folders, modify user rights etc.

Printing. You can print a number of selected notes, a whole folder or Entire Quick Notes. Printer-friendly page has a plain design and easy readable structure.
